We are facilitators trained by Interaction Associates. We use the Interaction Associates methodology in all our facilitation work. This includes:

• Encouragement of a collaborative attitude toward group problem solving
• Strategic thinking about agreed upon desired outcomes
• Techniques to bring about group consensus
• Decision-making models that clearly show responsibility and authority
• Clear meeting processes that lead to success

We are available to facilitate meetings and also use these facilitation skills in all our consulting projects.
