NB&A is available to plan evaluations of projects in advance or to conduct evaluations of existing projects. The primary methodology used includes:

• establishment of clear outcome-based results
• development of data collection methods that reveal the actual results
• use of objective data collection processes
• reporting of subjective client and project staff opinions
• focus groups or surveys as necessary
• objective reports of findings and recommendations if desired
